I'm afraid it's not that simple. It seems that your graphics card memory is not released (not RAM). We did our best to do all the cleaning that is possible. This can be caused by the card's driver (leaks). The only remedy to release the graphics card memory (in this case) is Windows restart :/
What's you card? Are you sure you have the newest drivers? -

My card is a GForce FX5200 with 128MB ran in an AGP slot. -
