    Ah well.
-Besides Mission 15, Mission 6 now has the same problem.

I've just patched it again and I've discovered that the sound problem occured just when I messed with the volume control during my mission(I put the sound(not music) to 100 then I collided with enemy ship or maybe airplane, everything started to act strange).

"-I can't play mission 15, anytime I played it from the "completed levels" menu, I got an error"

Confirmed - will be patched. Thanks

"After I collided with enemy "ship", all the sound was gone except the music.
Sometimes engine sound is still remained until I quit to Windows."

Can't reproduce that bug. Please give as much details as possible (which sound gets stuck - enemy/player engine?). Were you firing when collided with the ship?

"My WOF shortcut from the Desktop and Startmenu went odd after I had deleted ogre.cfg and wofconf.dat, I couldn't run the game from the shortcut anymore, whenever I double clicked on them, they tried to install something but they couldn't find the link. I can now only run the game from Wof.exe."

This is normal. You have deleted some of the game files so the installer puts the default one in place (automatic repair). Once this is complete you can still use the shortcut.

    This problem occurred exactly when:

I played a mission, during my mission I pressed Esc, there would be a menu like keyboard control and volume control, I put the sound(not music) or both music and sound to 100, then I made a collision with an enemy ship(no need to fire at it). After I my plane had crashed the camera turned back to the carrier with a new plane, this time when I started the engine(my plane's engine) or took off and fired my weapon, i couldn't hear anything except the music.

    New problem:

-Whenever I patched my wofconf.dat with the one from the patch, if I changed the "sound system" from the Option, it gave me an error, but when I exited to Windows and ran the game again, the change had been done. And after that, if i decided to change it again, the error seemed to disappear.

    Hello,

I can't start the game. I see soldiers running and then it crashes with the typical Windows error message (trying to find a solution to the problem, etc). I have already tried installing the DirectX update from November 2008, running the program in compatibility mode for XP, and extracting the files from the 'packs' zips as suggested in another thread. I have Windows Vista, 4 gigs ram, 2.8 ghz quad core Intel CPU. I want to buy the full version of the game, but not if it's not going to run.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello,
thanks for submitting the problem. Are you running 3.3 version of the game (see download section)? Please try to start the game as administrator.

Yeah, check the [game directory]\release\KeyMap.ini file. It's contains all control mappings. I've had no joystick to test it (only gamepad) so the support might not be perfect. Cheers

Codo, great thanks. I donated with my paypal, which is asdh@adelphia.net, but I no longer have access to that email account. Could you send the files to gleek86@gmail.com? Thanks.
