    Hello!

I updated frameworks und directx. I use win XP home SP3, 1,7 GHz centrino 1024 MB Ram, ATI x700 mobility with latest driver.
Nevertheless I cannot start the game. After starting the exe-file I get this error message (see picture).
Can anyone of you help me getting WOF2 started?

    Hi,
as far as Google translator can tell, Mogre.dll cannot be found:).
Please make sure that you have Mogre.dll and all other dll files in [wof2 dir]\bin\release\. Also some antivirus software might be causing trouble. You can try to disable it.
One more hint: extract all the files from .zip file to the hard disk before running the game.

Let me know if it helps.

Please include your ogre.log file located in [Path where you extraced zip]/bin/release

You could try downloading the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package

We'll do our best to solve your problem. Keep us informed.

    Hi,

I am getting the same error message after I clicked the ok-button under this message:

"EZIRIZ .NET Reactor ! This product is protected by an unregistered version of EZIRIZ .NET Reactor"

So you are sure Mogre.dll and other files are present? These files are vital. You could try to delete the game and download it again. Maybe it was damaged?

They are in the right directory. I downloaded the game a second time from an other server and tried to play the game on an other PC. The result was the same:

"EZIRIZ .NET Reactor ! This product is protected by an unregistered version of EZIRIZ .NET Reactor"

After the click on the ok-button I get exactly the same message like breydablik.

    ???

    Hi!

I think I have a similar problem. I run the game on my macbook (intel) machine under windows XP (bootcamp). I updated the latest drivers and installed also VC++ redistributable like suggested above.

after the "EZIRIZ.NET Reactor ..." message the dialogue box disappears without waiting for me to confirm with "ok-button". I get the attached windows message everytime I try to start::cry:

We are working hard to resolve this. You might want to try to update Microsoft .NET Framework to the newest version - it may help.

Thanks for your advice. I updated WindowsXP with Service Pack 3 and installed the latest .net framework. Unfortunately I get still the same error message. For Christmas I wish nothing but a solution.

I'm pretty fed up with this issue :) I'm gonna work it out.
    A couple of questions:
Are you sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package installed?

Are you using win xp 32 bit?
Could you upload dxdiag and msinfo32 files for me?

    Instructions to create dxdiag.txt

    1. Click Start, Run
    2. type "dxdiag" (without quotation) and confirm
    3. Select "Save All information" and create the "dxdiag.txt"

    Instructions to create msinfo.nfo

    1. Click Start, Run
    2. type "msinfo32" (without quotation) and confirm
    3. File - Save and create the msinfo.nfo
    4. This .nfo-file has to be put into an archive before attaching to the board, e.g. with WinRar
